You really must learn about 'some' and 'every' . . .

Don't be silly, Tom. The only thing I have said is the circumstances in which cables have been proven to sound different aren't likely to occur in the system of a knowledgeable audiophile.

There *might* be other circumstances in which cable differences could be audible which have not yet been established or which I don't know about. I haven't said anything about those, certainly not whether they are likely to occur in audiophiles' systems since that would, of course, also be an unknown. Now, if you have any evidence about others likely to occur in intelligently put together systems (and I might have overlooked some or not know about some), please do so.
