The tightest I've seen cited for broadband interchannel time difference discrimination ever was 2 microseconds. The best I've seen repeated was in the range of 5 microseconds.I have not seen or heard any report about something at .18 microseconds for interaural time differences, and that conflicts with the knowledge of the ear's own time constants and noise, I suspect, as well.
