"If y'all look back here, a common complaint about PCM is that y'all can't represent many phases at high frequencies, or that y'all can't get good time resolution at high frequencies. Even a teeny examination shows this is wrong. I think there's even an FAQ around here that shows it graphically, but I don't remember where."

Seems to me that I've heard a whole bunch of complaints about intersample peaking, which appears to be more prone to happen at higher frequencies. This initially appears to be a phase related issue. If it is, what would be the best way, to compensate for that?
My DSP is at best weak, so if you could send me in the right direction I would be most appreciative.
