No, not really, because the opposite is not true. Just because something measures well doesn't mean it sounds good, because not every aspect of audio can be measured.

This is a common logical fallacy that many people fall into.

In summary:
- if something measures bad, and sounds bad, it is bad, period.
- if something meaures bad, but sounds good, it is still bad.
- if something measures good, but sounds bad, it is probably bad (the exception is if your ears have been conditioned to interpret some artefacts as good)
- if something measures good, and sounds good, it is probably good.
