or even a meaningful minority, experience the same pain you do and just live with it? I do prefer vinyl and SACD overall, and I do have some poorly mastered/recorded CDs that grate on my ears at times, but to believe that millions who listen to CDs put up with pain all the time is pretty bizarre.
