Nope....

First, when the original signal is +- 1/2 lsb, the nondithered signal will be between zero or a 1 lsb square wave or pulse train. You can't say which, because you have no control over the real ADC's zero level.

Then, the unfiltered signal will average to the level of the sine wave plus the dither energy.

The filtered signal likewise.

Only when you have oversampling will any noise disappear.

Oversampling is not dithering. Noise shaping and oversampling are techniques independent from dithering.
