Totally wrong, as usual

Since one can easily do an ADC of a sine wave with or without dither, and then plot the spectra of the two, and easily see the difference, without ever involving a DAC, your entire nonsensical claim can be refuted trivially.

As such an example is in the deck mentioned below, you have the proof in front of you. It will be interesting to see if you can recognize this.
