If you go to his web site, he tend to finish his theoretical winding with comments like he can hear it. For example, he said that he can hear difference between twisted pair wire and coax, or between Teflon insulation vs PVC. He call the sound of non Teflon material as woolly, booming, or indistinct:

Given that lower dielectric constant of Teflon will result in lower capacitance of cable, then theoretically Teflon insulated cables should have better high frequency response, not lower as he claims. And I find that out just using basic college physics material
