Cheap-Jack you are acting like Soundmind in his posts above and that's the problem. Soundmind wants to focus on the wooden knobs and you want to focus on C37, wherein I'm trying to focus on "these sounds" as Dieter refers them. You both want to take my discussion in a direction it was never meant to head in.I believe "these sounds" are something that should be investigated throughly by scientists and/or audio designers. It's entirely POSSIBLE that in researching "these sounds" and trying to develop a way to measure them, that we MIGHT for the first time actually have a test that correlates what's been heard, with what's been measured. Of course it's POSSIBLE that it won't pan out either, but until it's throughly investigated we'll never know.
Like I told Soundmind above, for the record if you had been reading all my posts and not just those directed to what you said, you would have known this was the direction and purpose of my posts. It was you who wanted to focus on the supposed stupidity of C37, not me.
