Cheap-Jack like you I would never blindly propose or take in any tweaking without any technical reasoning behind it, measurable or not. If you noticed I NEVER told anyone to try or buy C37.At the same time when you say "C37 is something out of my best imagination." I'm a bit taken back. At the very least C37 could and most likely probably does some of what it does by changing the resonant frequency of the component it is applied to! It also probably works similar to your tip toes in that it helps in controlling vibration, no? By altering a component's resonant point you'll also be changing what causes it to vibrate and when, no? I'm sure it also does things more complex than that, but that's above what one with my grasp on technical matters could probably understand.
