You can ask most DJs in clubs that cd technology messes with the PRAT.
If you want people pratting all night you need vinyl!I guess there is a problem inherent to measuring your equipment with
PRAT appreciation:The more precise your equipment renders what is on your CD-Audio, the
more it will reveal how cold and ugly 44.1 kHz are. That's the truth.
So the more precise your equipment is, the less PRAT it will have.You need an imprecise system to maximize PRAT!
What is it you want. A system that shows you the truth, or a system
that makes you feel good? You can't have both with CD-Audio.But you can move on to SACD, DVD-Audio etc. I guess.
