It's important not to convolute this issue. 'Immoral controls' are inane, period.

Why are you equating fear with indifference to being subjected to an admitted source of ineptly designed tests? If the tester has issues, so does the controls (i.e. drug testing).

["Seems the most simple way to get them quiet, "you have skills? Here's the test CD so you can prove it"!"]

Failures galvanize the resolve of your imagined opposition. Something else to take from this thread.
