Re: The power distribution in a house can be an excellent antenna

My house AC power is so noisy that only about three of the strongest AM stations on the entire AM band can be heard. I bought a C.Crane Twin Coil Ferrite AM Antenna. It helped to bring in distant stations that previously didn't even make a blip. But the noise carrier is so loud and constant the radio is useless.

Is there an inexpensive fix that I can buy as a plug-in or something I can build? Anybody have a schematic and parts list? I read a review for a Blue Circle Audio MR 1200 AC filter but there was no price.

I want to be sure it's going to fix my AM radio because I'm hooked on talk radio and it's mostly on the AM band.
