The only thing that really works is a mu metal enclosure. Enclose the equipment, enclose the cables, make sure it's all still UL listed becaue ventillation can be a problem...even for the cable. After it's effectively shielded, what do you do about the other 300 feet of wire between the Utility company's transformer and your receptacle?
