Well, this is a good example of a real problem (increasing Rdc due to heating) which is thought to be and marketed as an issue with power cords but isn’t.
Meanwhile it IS a real problem in loudspeakers which causes significant departures from “linear” but is largely unrecognized in the “HIFI” community.
