CJ - we can easily detect the difference among cords & ICs of different makes & builds

Except when "we" can't see them. Then "easy" becomes "hard". No wait, "Impossible".
But of course, its the test that is to blame, not "we's" hearing.

CJ - It is OK that one can settle down with stock SJT power cords available for only a few bucks from any electronic outlets, e.g. the Source or the Shacks, just like many find beef burgers are good enough for their meals.

Maybe that's it. Maybe subjectivists and Engineers are deaf from eating hamburger, but high and mighty Cheddar Jack gets his super hearing from munching on fine steak.

CJ - But for tuned ears who demand the best, stock power cords are just NOT good enough sonically, just like fine diners, regretfully I am one, who are normally reluctant to go for fast food. They would prefer better sounding power cords which those specialty cable makes would make safe for low voltage/low current electronic application.

THEN WHY AREN'T THE MAJOR MANUFACTURERS MAKING MILLIONS ON "BETTER SOUNDING" CABLE?
Wait, I know. Since you love talking fast food, maybe the small lunatic fringe manufacturers are the only ones who possess the well guarded knowledge, kinda like the Colonels secret recipe.
