"The burden of proof is on those making the claim"Suppose you conducted a test that proved listeners can indeed distinguish GSIC treated discs from untreated ones. However I objected claiming that your test is invalid since you made it during a full moon.
Would you mindlessly agree because I said so or would you expect some evidence why moon cycles are relevant to the test?
