I'll need to ask them if they have a tour available. They re-tubed my MV60 for me but I didn'r think to ask.Tonight I listened long and hard to the MV60/Thiel CS6 combo and am loving every moment of the sound. I don't get it. This is one magic combination that should not work according to all I have read ! My plan is to scan audiogon for another MV60 ( Standard not SE) and have them converted to monoblocks. I am that happy with my current sound. My Classe CA-301 is up for sale on Audiogon.
Out of curiosity what was it about the MV60 that you did not like? Was it the SE (6550) or the Standard with EL34's? What components did you hear it with?
VW 32 = tubes Subaru STI/Mitsubishi Evo = Solid State. They all have their place, but I'll take the more "refined" over raw power.
