Funny you mention a more efficient speaker. I just sold my 91db Thiels 1.6's to but the CS6. I miss the little Thiels. Bigger is not always better ! ( Or maybe I just need more tube power). In any case, the Thiels sound better with 55 watts of tube power then they do with 600 watts SS.I am veyr interested in the Decapo speakers, and have thought of selling the big Thiels for the little Decapo's. (No crossover right?)
Can you describe the sound? Bright or Sweet?T&T
