What I am planning to do is definitely record on CD in the end, plus I already have a sort of symbiotic relationship with my laptop.
Arguably a no-brainer solution, with hindsight, but without the Tape Trail I would not even have thought about it. Thanks to all again!I don't know if the patience of the Tape Trail can be stretched any further, but now any advice to make an informed choice between A/D interfaces and microphones would be much appreciated.
