Fraud isn't just a matter of opinion

If a manufacturer represents his or her product to be one thing while knowing it is not that s fraud. A classic case. Some cable manufacturer was selling speaker cables for some enormous amount of money, something like 9,000 bucks. The manufatcurer claimed that there was some sort of network housed in a box on the cable. Some interested consumer bit the bullet and cut open the sealed box. It was empty. That is fraud. That should be exposed on forums like this and persued by consumer protection enforcement. If a seller deiberately lies about what is in his or her product or what that product does it is faud. It's not so subjective.
