This poster has for years enjoyed trying to nip at my heels, but unfortunately for him he is easily outdistanced and therefore as easily ignored. In this instance however he's striving for a twofer with me and Norm, so let's see where it gets him.First he calls us both dunces. Quelle imagination!
Then he tells us he was "the chief electrical engineer of the largest research consorteum in the world." How grand for him: He knew how to hook up wires but never learned to spell "consortium".
And then that remark on how I earn my living, wrong as could be and richly illustrating his general intellectual malaise, viz. that he knows it all when really he seems to know almost nothing about the general topic of these boards: Audio. Could it be that he never listens?
Finally I suspect that Norm will not be quitting his daytime job of university professor until he retires.
One is thankful to this poster for the unintentional merriment he brings to these proceedings.
