I don't normally cite my credentials but among the many I've achieved is that for three of the nearly twelve years I was employed there, I was the chief electrical engineer of the largest research consorteum in the world. Every electrical problem for over 2 million square feet of laboratories and other industrial plant and equipment were ultimately mine. You review records for a living and I have no idea what Norm does but given his obvious ignorance of all technical matters and poor judgement, I recommend that he does not quit his day job.
