Neither do I but I don't think it was speaker grill cloth. BTW, one problem discussed in Sam's Audio Engineering Technical Reference in the chapter on speakers (at least the edition I have) is the "missing cellos." It's also a problem for designers of concert halls. Many have poor bass reinforcement. One serious mistake they make is to use wood extensively on the walls. It absorbs a lot of bass unless it is at least 2 1/2 inches thick according to Leo Beranek.
