Been there so often I should get the t-shirt for free...On the other hand the products of Funk Logic can be an endless source of fun!
These are blank rack panels made to look like actual electronic equipment with ridiculous names like 'Digital Dynamicator' or 'Palindrometer' (all 'knobs' are marked with palindromes!). But almost everybody 'hears' a great improvement in the sound when you switch them 'on'.
If you had no scruples you could actually charge many artists extra for using 'amazing new
and incredibly expensive piece of technology' 'tho I don't know anybody who's actually done that because it is just too tempting to tell the truth once they gushed about it for a while.
The odd thing is that the more a musician brags about their perfect hearing the easier it is to fool them and they also get angrier then the average...
