I read more than just the last few slides! I was struck by this observation of yours:"Perceptual audio coding is applicable where the signal will NOT be reprocessed, equalized, or otherwise modified before the final delivery to the consumer"
Does "final delivery" mean that equalizing a lossy MPEG source is verboten?
