If you take average teenager, think their responses will match that of the violin section of the local symphony? Think that there will be a difference between a musician and the average joe off the street, between a 60 year old female and a 16 year old male adolescent, or perhaps between a Mongolian shepard and a Parisien concertgoer who attends performances at the Sorbonne? DBT's can work, but you have to define your target group. No one seems to have mentioned that important fact. Makes it hard to create a meaningful DBT.
