Hi.SLA cells only come up to 12V. If you want 15V, you got to serie up 2 12V cells & trim down to the right voltage by a chip regulator, or even a dropper resistor.
But the argument is, for an OP-amp, the current is so small that a SLA cell would be a overkill disregarding the sonic effect which is so subjective.
