But how would you know ...

... any of those capacitors have a positive effect if you haven't heard the same circuit without electrolytics? None of those you list are the equivalent of a good film capacitor, and are only marginally better than other electrolytics. And if you use chokes, you can use good film caps for the supply, 30 - 50 uF worth is all you need with a small 2 - 3 H choke. Easy to do in low current circuits like preamps and DACs and such. Can even regulate the voltage using the choke impedance and shunt regulators. But still much cheaper and easier to use conventional methods.
