Allen,well said. My understanding of designing amplifiers, doesn't matter if single ended or pushpull, is to avoid distortion - 1st, 2nd, 3rd...
If anyone designs his SE amps for getting 2nd harmonics, then he have a very opposite mind of amp design, and/or music reproduction.
