A live acoustic oncert has NO added 2nd or higher distortions - so why would you want to add it?
SE amps can sound beautiful because they may (but don't always) allow the real microdynamics of the midrange to be accurately presented. But if the SE amp is also creating high levels of 2nd harmonic (and sometimes higher) then this microdynamic information is just swamped and the amp sounds like chocolate sauce on all types of music. Chocolate sauce can be great over some deserts, but on everything, like a salad or a rare T-Bone steak???
