Rereading, I missed a phrase. I'm referring to the *language* used in his post, not the content. ie the end of the second sentence should be 'he uses language that:'Hopefully that makes it a bit clearer - I don't mean to criticize his approach or suggest that it's the approach that is part of the problem. It's all about how it is expressed and how that opens the door for argument.
