Read their specs more closely and then see if you agree with me

Howdy

I didn't read the specific part Todd referenced and responded as if he referenced the old CS8420 (24-bit, 96 kHz Sample-Rate Converter and Transceiver) that I'm familiar with. It works as I described.

However in looking at specs of the CS8421 (32-bit, 192 kHz, Asynchronous Stereo Sample-Rate Converter) that Todd referred to I find that it looks quite similar. Below please find the white paper describing their tech and see if you agree with my layman's perversion of their description.
