you really have to change the # turns / core area ratio to reduce Bmax, a larger VA rated xfrmer will have about the same ratioa possible 240Vac tweak: series 2 identical standard off-the-shelf 240 Vac xfmrs pri with 60 VCT secondaries paralleled (to insure proper pri voltage division) and get 30 VCT - more than 2X VA over size rating for each xfmr should be more than enough, physically smaller xfmrs leakage flux falls off more rapidly with distance
