A difference of opinion is a difference of opinion..

You don't seem to be convincing him (her), and he (she) doesn't seem to be convincing you...misinterpretation may be based on an entirely different world view..

That is all quite fine..the differences are what it's all about..

But, why the denigration?? Why is it necessary to denigrate another simply because they do not agree with you? (not you of course, but JR)

I simply called JR's piss poor attitude what it was...

You, while seemingly getting either frustrated or annoyed, or whatever, have at least remained nice about it..there is no excuse for JR's actions.

It is quite apparent that when he is unable to intelligently counter a technical argument, he resorts to denigration, both of character, and motive..as he just did here..
