Ah, seems your wires are below any ability of your tester to discern...I had the same problem with my 10 nH/foot stuff.Unless you can put a hundred feet of that stuff together, we're not gonna get an accurate number.
In theory, the inductance should be 1/4 of what 1 pair measures, but the braiding pattern and mutual coupling probably toss that relation out the window..
I've 500 feet of #12 wire in 2 colors...after I spiral together my speaker runs, a 150 footer and a 100 footer, I'll use some of the remaining 250 feet for braiding tests..and L/C comparisons...given enough data points, I'll be able to derive a nomograph for # of braid vs L/C measurements for this specific insulation/guage combo.
