The new 'Teks are remarkably stable, we use one just for very high speed digital signalling measurements. Jitter sticks out like a sore thumb at signal rates up to a few hundred MHz.

What a coincidence, we have three, too! :) Even the stripped down ATS-2 has some amazing capabilities. The APWin presets are really meant for quick and dirty measurements, and are fine for basic THD and frequency response measurements. When we do digital measurements we have a custom macro that does many different measurements over several samples. The macro functionality is amazing on those boxes.
