It's the chicken little story all over again.
I see several problems.
1. The blind acceptance, as you stated, with the associated technical explanations which have no merit..(from subs)
2. Technical explanations of no merit, where actual changes may indeed be. (from subs)
3. Technical explanations of merit for specific problems, blanketed to a different problem to which it is not applicable. (from obs used to discount)
4. Complete shutdown of the dialogue process as a consequence..with advancement left in stasis. (both camps)
An interesting post. Now where's my answer dude??? :-)
