Tom, many folks around here think you are doing some truly wonderful and progressive work. I'd wager that if your company would give you free rein and enter the home "hi-fi" speaker market you would reward them with a very nice return on their investment. You have that rare combination of talent and passion that an employer doesn't get by just giving a paycheck.Russ
