BTW, as far as doing you own tests go, you do know that a naysayer participating in a blind test is the very definition of a self-fullfilling prophecy, an exercise in bais confirmation?

Thata's beacuse there's noting in the procedure that counteracts 'naysayer bias'. Some of the most ardent DBT proponents around here understand this perfectly well. Check it out:
