Awwww, teach!!!!bully..:-)
The problem I have with the equations is the assumption of exponential decay.
The equation didn't make sense until I realized he was using the equation:
ν = √ ( 2 ω / μ0 μr σ ) for the loss wave velocity.
Before that, the relationship you are claiming:
σ δB/δt = B / μ0Λ L2 wasn't coming up to speed.
Obviously, B has to be of exponential form to satisfy this equation, and the exponential solution is not applicable to anything other than the flat planar approximation..I've been trying to apply it to the cylindrical system of coordinate, but this analytical crap is gonna be the death of me..man, have I forgotten a lot..:-(
But boy, it was fun thinking about the problem..thanks..it helped me with a different problem I was having with my e/m field software.
Would you believe I haven't found the curl symbol in the html language yet?? So far, I've tested over 6000 different codes on this browser, but no curl symbol..lots of ones I have no clue about, but no curl..I've still about 4000 to check, another day..
Hey, did ya think about the two freq problem I put up?
Cheers, John
