I got an earlier Dell Pentium M laptop (model 610m, now discontinued) from a coupon at this place, also for $750 off. Mine is extremely quiet, I have to put my ear a few inches away from it to hear it.They have the newer 710m for $750 off. It's a smokin' deal.
The Pentium M processor is very low power, so not much cooling is needed. Thus it's very quiet. I've got 1 Gig of RAM in mine. You have to configure it with options to reach the coupon limit ($1524) before you get the discount.
