I received my Schroeder Reference from Frank, personally, at the 2005 RMAF. Frank took time to show how to assemble and dial in the arm. I had purchased the arm through Thom. One of his customers had to cancel the order due to an unexpected financial problem. I sent Thom my money and stepped into the other customer's place in the queue. I think I waited seven months for my arm to be delivered, three months after the original scheduled delivery date.

I chatted with Frank at the 2006 RMAF. It was after that that I broke the tonearm wires. Frank delivered the new Valhalla wire harness at CES 2007.
