If you only care about playback azimuth adjustment, then try to get a Nak DR1 and Cassette Deck 1. Both of them have manual adjustable playback head feature which is just as good as the one in the DRAGON and less the complexity of the auto reverse ( also less likely to malfunction and service ). Both these decks are not cheap at ebay at this moment ( $300 range ). Hope this help.At the same time, a complete service on a DRAGON can easy cost you $1000. I will only have ESL to service the DRAGON if it has to be serviced. Services a Nak Deck requires special alignment tool which a lot of service people don't have and don't underestimate the important of these tool.
