just done the gig and it went really welli ended up micing the kick drum only as the rest of the kit cut through the pa without having to worry
all the bands seemed to have a good time with no complaints and the promotor wants me back for his next night so all's good really
the only worrying part was when the bassist in the pemultimate band decided he was going to fall into the rig at the corner of the stage and whilst trying to do little piruet as a recovery kicked the mic stand launching it at my head
thankfully it fell short by a little way just catching the table the desk was onbut aside from that i thoroughly enjoyed myself
