In my 777, I went from a Superclock 1 + the resistor and capacitor upgrade on the output board. About 900 bucks worth of mods. Another poster bought my board for a fee since I did not need the circuitry. He saved 600 dollars in that upgrade and I got a new set of pads to lay down my new clock and 200 bucks in the deal.From the already upgraded 777 to the VSE 5+, yes, I am gushing at the difference. This from an already modded player. The difference was obvious, even listening through a vintage 70s integrated and some outdoor speakers on the test bench. The person who I sold the formerly upgraded output board also is happy with the results. A muche better return on his investment than say a 350 dollar AC cable.
