Citation II is a 50 years old amp. All capacitors should be replace, some resistors too, if you want to use it daily. Some original Citation amp might still work, but you should rebuild it so it can perform its best. So you need to find out whether the amp has been rebuild before. If not, Jim McShane can help out on the parts you need.
Either way, if the amp hold the bias steady for 10 to 15 minutes, the amp should work okay. Citation II is a fine amp by any standard. Enjoy.
