If you're referring to a 1 mH choke, you'll need much more than 10 turns at 30mm (1.2") diameter. I'll add that what's being proposed here will almost certainly create significant instability in the stage. The external network is actually LCR due to the considerable distributed capacitance within the choke. In addition, the high impedance looking into the tube will allow this combination to wiggle around pretty much as it sees fit. Between the LCR attached to the grid and the internal parasitics of the tube's grid wiring, this should produce some interesting effects. :)
