Can a coil replace a gridstopper?

Dear All,

I was wondering... can a coil (just an 'aircoil' of two/trhee loops in your hookup wire to the grid) replace a gridstopper?

Together with the miller capacitance it should form a LC filter instead of the normal RC (gridstopper) option.
