I'd go with a 6K OPT and run ultralinear with a B+ near 500VDC. THD should be reasonably low...around 1.5% or so.The best choice can only be made when all things are considered....mode of operation...tetrode, ultralinear, triode, ...the B+ voltage.....the needed wattage....etc. Don't just pick a number without consideration to the rest of the design. For example tetrode will require less of the driver circuit and give higher power but higher distortion.
